Cook the beer battered fish fillets according to the instructions on the package. I followed the quick method for cooking them so I placed them in the microwave on high for 1 minute then I broiled them in the oven for 5 minutes on each side.
Remember to use the broil (not bake) function of your oven if you choose to follow this method.

1. You could cut corners and use just plain mayonnaise instead of tartar sauce if you want. However, I love the flavors of homemade tartar sauce and it goes so well with fish!
