Boil the pasta according to package instructions. Strain and keep aside.
In a large pan, heat olive oil and saute onions. Add eggs and scramble. Add in marinara sauce and let it simmer for 5 minutes. Finally, add in the pasta and mix. Let it marry with the sauce for about two minutes. Dinner is ready!
Notes
You do not need any extra seasoning in this recipe. The marinara sauce and pasta are tasty enough.You could use ground meat in place of eggs. They will need more time to cook though.If you like the meal, more moist, feel free to throw in some extra marinara sauce. The leftovers make a great lunch the next day!
