Red Cabbage Slaw
This Red Cabbage Slaw is fresh, crunchy and so colorful. It is a great side dish and also a great topping for burgers and tacos. A good make-ahead salad!

sliced red cabbage

shredded carrot
Honey mustard dressing

teaspoon
honey

teaspoon
Dijon mustard

tablespoon
freshly squeezed lemon juice

olive oil or avocado oil

Instructions
Place cabbage and carrot in a large bowl
Place all ingredients for the dressing in a bowl then whisk together.
Pour the whisked dressing over the cabbage and carrots. Toss well to combine.
Serve immediately or cover and keep in the fridge until ready to serve.
Notes
This Red Cabbage Slaw will keep in the fridge for 2-3 days.
