This mango juice is made with no added sugar yet it is sufficiently sweet, fruity and so refreshing. It comes together in only a few minutes. Perfect for beating the heat during hot summer days!

Ingredients
  • 4 cups diced mangoes
  • 2 cups water
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Adjust consistency according to preference. If it is too thick, add more water. If your mangoes have a lot of fiber, pass through a fine sieve to remove the fiber. Serve immediately!

Recipe Notes

1. I got 4 cups of mangoes out of 3 large mangoes. It might be different for you depending on the kind of mango you use.

2. This recipe calls for no added sugar. I find that the juice is sufficiently sweet without the added sugar. However, if you want it sweeter, feel free to add in some sugar or some honey right before blending.

3. You could add some freshly squeezed orange juice to your mango juice. This will help boost the taste of the mangoes.
