Avocado Egg Salad on the healthier side made with avocado, eggs, onion, lime juice, cilantro, salt and pepper. So easy to make and perfectly creamy without all the mayo.

hardboiled eggs
Juice of one lime

salt

Instructions
Chop avocado then place in a bowl and lightly mash. Chop hardboiled eggs and add to avocado.
Add the lime juice, salt and black pepper. Mix well to combine. Serve over toast.
