  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 4 hardboiled eggs
  • Juice of one lime
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  1. Chop avocado then place in a bowl and lightly mash. Chop hardboiled eggs and add to avocado. Add the lime juice, salt and black pepper. Mix well to combine. Serve over toast.
