My kind of miracle
The lame didn't walk
The blind didn't see
It's not even the deaf and dumb...
Far from those
It's my kind of miracle
A mother's marvelous miracle
Today, once again I fought the fight
I faced my fears
Held conversations with the smallies
Consciously paid attention to their chattering
I fed their little bodies
Watched them grow some more
The best part is that
I laid them to sleep
Finally....
Despite my feeble bones, my faint heart, my crowded head
I lived to give today
For that I am grateful
That's what a miracle looks like around here
It's a miracle.
